Ernesto was very professional and timely in doing my car's oil change and systems checks. He explained what was done, and was available to answer any questions I had. The work was also performed in a timely manner, which was terrifically helpful.

I had a concern about my idle being too high. The customer service person took me for a test drive, and said it was OK. There was no financial charge. I was very appreciative of their time on a very busy day.
