I had a concern about my idle being too high. The customer service person took me for a test drive, and said it was OK. There was no financial charge. I was very appreciative of their time on a very busy day.

Just needed a full service oil & filter change for my 15-year-old Infiniti I30 that continues to run like a champ, thanks in large part to service by OM. Also had to replace rear tires which was unexpected since they had less than 20K miles on them. Was assured that replacement tires will last much longer. I've learned to trust OM!

Excellent service. My car stopped running one evening and had it towed to Orinda Motors. They repaired the axle at a great price and had my car up and running the next day. The car rental service is a great feature and allowed me to easily get around while my car was being worked on.

Owner is actively engaged. He was my driver for the shuttle bus to/from my home to Orinda Motors!
