I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Prompt, friendly, reliable service made having my car serviced a suprisingly enjoyable experience.
Easy to schedule, great communication and a ride to BART! Excellent service, overall.
OM is always will to help me and takes great care of two cars for me. I feel I can trust them and that is important. I needed them to remove and replace my seat covers so I could wash them. I can't do it because it tears up my hands.
