I was very pleased with my experience here. My car broke down not far from this business. They took the time to explain everything to me and seemed to honestly lay out my options. My transmission was blown and they replaced it in a timely manner. Additionally- my clutch was partially worn and had been making chirping noises for awhile. They suggested I replace it as they would not charge any extra labor- only the price of the part considering they were already taking apart the insides to replace the transmission. They did it in a timely manner and included a free rental during the few days it took to fix. My car runs like new!

I expect the best service and that is what I have received for a lot of years.

I had a pretty good idea of what our Subaru needed 90,000+ miles and OM took good care of it. There were a couple of other minor issues they brought to my attention and those were handled as well. I always confident because each service or repair is fully discussed with me for approval and then reviewed when I pick up the car. I never have any regrets or lingering questions.
