I am impressed by the great service here. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They took excellent care of my car and in a very timely manner.

Came in for a tire rotation - they had me in and out in 25 minutes!

Having lost my long-time mechanic, I went to Orinda Motors after a 25-year absence. Now I wonder why I ever stopped going there when I moved to Lafayette. I was delighted with every aspect of my experience: just imagine intelligent telephone communications, prompt and on-time service, clear and HONEST estimates, reasonable prices, and the nicest shuttle service (and driver!) I can't be more pleased and will refer friends and neighbors to Orinda Motors whenever I have the chance.

I came in at 8:40 and my car was ready 1hr later (earlier but I was at a dr. appt). They suggested another need that my car had... oil in the rear distributor? not sure but that was also done sooner than an hour. Happy people, happy place.

I love this place! They are the best in customer service in my opinion. They've saved me from over buying on car parts or services I don't need, and are always very accommodating to the fact that I have two toddlers with me. My SUV gets oil changed in the time for me to grab coffee at Starbucks next door, take my kids to orinda park or library.I would recommend this place to anyone!

I always receive great service. It is nice to have my car serviced someplace where the people are nice and remember you! They never try to over sell me.
