Extremely knowledgeable, busy business but yet takes time with each customer individually. Did not need to use, but convenient to have a shuttle service while repairs are underway.

My flat tire emergency became your emergency! I appreciated you getting me to work, picking me up, getting a new tire quickly before a holiday weekend and rotating all the other tires. Nice work! Also, the bathroom was very clean. . .something unusual for an auto mechanic facility. Means attention to detail really matters to you guys.

I can trust his advice and know he has at least one specialist who can work skillfully on my care. John is always very clear about what needs to be done and what can be deferred. I kept no history of our business together except for the the explanations received after each visit - do not remember ever using them but one time when I sold my 1967 Imperial convertible and handed them over to the new owner...........his reaction? He still sends me jokes and pix of beautiful women by e-mail AND we had never met before the first came to see the car!
