I totally enjoy my time with Orinda Motors. They are very attentive to whatever repair is required, and take the time to make sure that everything is working and in correct mode. The technicians all are well trained and experienced in automative repairs. I totally trust my vehicle with repairs from Orinda Motors. I have referred some friends to Orinda Motors and they have been pleased with the service. The service advisors, Tara and Jamie are the best you will find anywhere. Super friendly and also super knowledgeable. It is important for a service advisor to know what repairs have to take place and them communicate that to their customers precisely. Which is what they do. Very pleased with all that they do.

My mom hadn’t driven her Volvo for more than two years, and was concerned that it was not safe to drive. I took it into Orinda Motors, who did a thorough inspection, and identified a few minor problems. The work was done, fast, thoroughly, and it was reasonably priced. I have gone to Orinda Motors with my Jaguars and my wife’s Lexus, and recommend them highly.

I sought out this business because they received great reviews and I noticed they have been Diamond certified which to me meant they must have honest business practices. I needed the heater fixed in my older model truck. Tara the wonderful receptiionist explained the whole process in detail and when they fixed the problem she had the part already on her computer to show exactly what got replaced. Great job! I’m so pleased with this business and I will be happy to recommend them.

Always get problems fixed. Never have to bring back for further resolution. Saves me time. With other mechanics I always have to bring car back to fix the problem again or they don’t find others while car is in the shop.
