Just brought the civic in for a check up. Needed new tires and got them. Service Rep Ken didn't report that transmission fluid was dirty. It was in the report but wasn't talked about. We would have had the transmission flushed out and new fluid put in. Now we need to spend another day doing this. Also we rented a car. Don't want the extra cost. We have always had excellent service with you. This is unusual. Please help. Jim will be calling this morning. Thanks, Patti and Jim Liberman/Rusk

Ordered tires from TireRack.com and Orinda Motors put them on. Handled everything very well including picking me up to get my car
