I had an unexpected issue with my cooling system while traveling through Orinda on business. These guys not only took care of me without an appointment, they were fast, friendly and affordable! My only regret is there isn't an Orinda Motors in the North Bay where I live.

Superior customer service, listens to all my observations and concerns. After their work they cleaned up the car: windows and vacuuming. Great service!I recommend Orinda Motors to everyone I meet!

Orinda Motors is courteous, have the car done on time, always call to validate/confirm what they are doing or finding. Ernesto greets me with a professional but caring smile and always the work is done right! As a woman, I never, ever feel they are talking down to me or taking advantage of my lack of car experience to add on additional charges. A real treat to get value and service for my money

I was greeted right away, the service staff were accommodating, and they got my break light fixed at a time that was convenient for me...same day AND for half the original quoted price. Can't beat that!
