The General Motor Company, also known as GMC, began as a truck manufacturer around 1912, and grown to become the largest automobile manufacturer in the United States and second largest automobile manufacturer in the world by 2008. GMC's four core North American brands are: Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac. Due to GMC's bankruptcy in 2009, it sold off it's Saab line and has closed its doors to the Hummer, Pontiac, and Saturn brands.

With so much fluctuation going on in the world economy and within the automobile industry, owners of GMC products can rest assured that Orinda Motors will continue to offer high-quality service and parts for their General Motors Company vehicles. Orinda Motors mechanics are experts with GMCs and are certified to work on the older, as well as the newer GMC models. Sometimes a classic Corvette or Cadillac will come in for service, but more frequently, our customers will bring us their GMC vehicles.
