“The Appraiser said my fully restored stunning Aquamarine 1960 Thunderbird was a "Cream Puff Extraordinaire ". You can't get a higher rating than that, right? Thanks, John V. and Staff for getting me to the finish line on my dream car restoration. I feel like Doris Day driving over the Golden Gate bridge in one of her movies. Nice. Spoiled. Just Spoiled. I tell John V. what I want and please keep me on a budget and 3 days later he has 3 or 4 ideas of what needs urgent attention for safety and throws in some glamour as well. My rear view mirror was spotty. John searched around and found me a vintage one-he could have ordered a reproduction, but no, the vintage mirror is old and way cooler. The clock didn't work. Old second hands sweep, replacements tick. Imagine my surprise to see a sweeping second hand on my repaired clock. Wow. I wanted 2 shoulder harness seat belts for the front seats and they had to be aqua to match the aqua/white interior. Also an aqua Club to match for the steering wheel. And John somehow made it all happen. He really takes the extra effort to make sure everything is Perfect. John even borrowed my 60 T bird for his 2017 Orinda Motors car show-that told me my restoration was top notch and I picked the correct restorer-I mean who does that? Did I forget to mention Spoiled?
